How can i forget this flight..PK 711 which landed @ Istanbul due to a medical emergency and then they kept us waiting in the plane for 5 hours and then the captain announced that there is some problem with the plane.after 1 hour they asked us to go to the terminal.We started waiting and there was not a single member of PIA staff available.Though there was a pia flight leaving for khi but the staff disappeared after making that flight move.we kept on waiting and after waiting 8 hours in the terminal which makes 14 (6 hours in plane and 8 in terminal) they said that any time the plane is gonna arrive at Ataturk .which was AP-BHX.but interestingly the Turkish people refused us to get on board as there was no PIA staff available.We quarreled and even crossed the security limits and then i saw a pia person coming with a burger in his hand.This was the conversation which was recorded and you could see the poor passengers waiting with kids and old people and the PIA staff was sleeping in their hotels.finally after 16 hours in Turkey we got back on plane...

Very sad ... PIA needs a complete change! They must improve their Service - no one would fly with them if they continue things like that.

This is not first time I'm watching such case with PIA.
PIAs Station Manager in Copenhagen does the same drama here, no respect to the passengers and no service, just their Idiot atitude, and a coffee cup in the hand and they think that they control everything, I made a complain on him but ofcours, they have all the contacts in PK, so they just use to reply that, ''thank you for your complain and we will take a serious action on it bla bla bla '' but nothing happens, and I don't think that PIA will change this thing. They will change the livery on the aircrafts, but the service and atitude will never change, and that is a big shame.... I don't fly with PIA anymore, now its Qatar Airways, and it is really sad cause I loved PIA but since all this I don't really care about them anymore.......
