Probably visiting India for air show or for demonstration flights for possible sale to Indian Navy ?
According to info on the web, Indian Navy has shown interest in acquiring a number of Grumman E-2 Hawkeye aircraft for their aircraft carrier-based operations.

Nice pictures, I really look forward to seeing the next batch.
By the way, I saw a UPS MD-11 on approach in Memphis a couple of days ago; I took some photos, but they are not that great because that bird caught me by surprise. I'll try to clean up a picture and post it in the Memphis spotting thread.
I also get to see a fair amount of Fedex MD-11s every day!
