RE-INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) THROUGH EPADS
CONSULTANCY SERVICES OF THE THIRD-PARTY MONITORING CONSULTANT (TPMC) FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL FOR EXPANSION OF TERMINAL BUILDING AND ALLIED FACILITIES AT ALLAMA IQBAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (AIIAP) - LAHORE
Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) intends to hire the services of a reputed Consultancy Firm in Joint Venture (JV) with an International Firm possessing engineering consultancy experience and expertise in buildings, Airports and Aviation Projects who are registered with PEC [with service and profile codes 0546 and 1216] and on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the subject mentioned
Consultancy Services. Method of selection will be
Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method under PPRA Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.
2.RFP document containing detailed scope, terms and conditions etc. can be downloaded from
https://eprocure.gov.pk free of cost. RFP must be submitted electronically through EPADS as well as in the hard format on the below mentioned address otherwise the submission shall not be considered. For registration and training on EPADS or in case of any technically difficulty in using EPADS, prospective bidders may contact Mr. Rizwan Mehmood Director MIS PPRA Room No. 109 1st Floor FBC Building Sector G-5/2 Islamabad, Contact Number 051-111-137-237.
3.The Proposals prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP documents, must be submitted on EPADS and in the hard format
by 08th July 2024 on or before 14:00 hours. The Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours, whereas the Financial Proposals of Technically Qualified firms will be opened after finalization of technical evaluation. Please note that the PCAA reserves the right to withdraw from this process at any stage without any obligation for expenses incurred by the participants.
Note: The Invitation / Advertisement for subject Consultancy Services published in the National Dailies and EPADS on 19th May 2024 [PID(K)#3253/23] and subsequent Corrigendum No. 1 [PID(K)#3333/23] dated 25th May 2024 to be treated as annulled.
