The PEW SV flights have 777's. I checked out the SV inflight duty free selection and they have 2 models for sale on board. One is a 1/250 744 and a 1/250 777, both for SR30. I really liked the 777 and will try to ask someone to get me one (even though I have their 1/200 777 and 1/400 777). How much is SR30 in PKR?

A friend of mine who performed Hajj about 5 years back told me that on her PIA flight back from JED to KHI, they showed the Demi Moore movie Disclosure in the english movie channel. Now thats a film to watch on your return from Hajj!

PK732 Jeddah-Karachi wrote:sorry saad, you got typical jeddah karachi flight experince  . that is not new for us :( after living more then 12 years in jeddah we experince it almost twice a year. now we are use to it. our only fault is loyalty with pakistan. every time i travel with pia i said myself that it is last time but whenever i have to travel again i go with pia just thinking that my country needs every single riyal i can spend to support it. anyways i will keep flying pia dreaming that someday they will change for good.

In my opinion its not the good reaction to have: You dont like it? dont fly with them, simple. We have to show them that we dont like the service. If they see a sudden drop in passengers on their flights, they will think about the problem, and then they'll perhaps change... :?

also its important that these discrepencies should be reported. not only in this forum, but if possible, to send a copy of our trip reports to the PIA managemnet. surely we will not be surprised if these drop on the deaf ear at PIA. still it must be reported in writing. perhaps we must note down the names of the staff (on board crew or on ground)!!! and do mention them in the report/appreciation/criticism/suggestion to the PIA management.
