well wel!!!! this survey is just bullcrap.There is no way PIA is the second worst airline. i am surprised there is no kuwait airways in the list. i have travelled domestically and internationally with PIA and their service is good much much better than kuwait airways. there are other much worse airlines in operation this survey is just not authentic
but that does not takes away the fact that PIA needs to get their act together and sort themselves out. it is tough and the competition is stiff but it is possible as well for PIA to rise again.
