I like the new tail idea.... and really look forward to seeing these on PIA aircraft.
Although, I would prefer to see the tail without the white band with urdu PIA logo.

Yes yes this is it. If you want more explicit details, ask management. The colors on the 747 (Thar) is what BAK has been painted in.

Notice the color of stripe in 3rd picture, it looks bluish. But it is green in the last picture. May be they will have different stripe colors for each tail.

I really don't like these new tails, it looks so tacky. I hope they just leave the current flag on the tail as at least it looks dignified.

Lets hope they keep this one for until B787 is delivered...

PK need to increase expenditure on other areas such as inflight service

i like them. sure theyd look better without the urdu PIA and white stripe but its so so much better than the flag that looks like its drawn by a 2 year old. in my opinion its all good.

I think they will look great with a bunch of planes together at KHI,LHE,ISL
airports.
Sure is better looking then that disporportinate flag

I agree. Even though they look somewhat unapealing at the moment, I think the tails will garner some attention amongst aviation enthusiasts, Gemini Jets, etc.

I agree! The Urdu calligraphic logo should remain at the forward fuselage area.

The traditional tail design is actually pretty good, it makes each aircraft individually unique. In a small way it does somewhat rectify a big blunder.

The B747 and the B777 livery doesnt look too bad.

As long as the stripe in the middle of the fuse lage has the same color as the major part of the new design, it would look good, for example blue for the first one

better looking than flag but what about the design which was posted by Senior?(tail pin)
