Been hearing this since 2019/20. Nothing has happened till date. Karachi needs improved and renovated terminal building, current one is outdated and ageing.

Forgot Expansion of Karachi Airport terminal as the originally planned land for the expansion of the terminal on either side of the connecting road from Shahrah-e-Faisal to JIAP has been illegally occupied by Saima builders for a project which is 40% completed now.
Now, if Karachi airport is expanded there is no place for a new parking.
