According to the PIA website PK 721 ISL-MAN-JFK is operated by 74M.
Another question is since PIA is operating PAK-IAH(Houston) only once a week. Does the crew slip in Houston for the whole week??????

What they can do is to extend the route :
eg. KHI - ISB- ORD or LHE-KHI- IAH or KHI - JFK - ORD
there can be any number of possibilites and PIA can still maintain 2 a week flight schedule to both Houston and Chicago.

If there is only 1 flight a week for Houstan then what about the aircraft? Does it stay whole of the week there?

yeah the business class is pretty ok on the 74M if you get AP-BAT. BAT has personal TVs in every seat, if they come out. My ptv was jammed and would not come out. AP-BAK does not have ptvs, maybe they have installed them now in that plane, as when i travelled on it in feb there was nothing. I have to say that the business class seats on the 74Ms are very big, but they do not recline 180 degrees.

Is AP-BAT the aircraft the 74M they usually use on the JFK-MAN-ISB route?
