Confused about PIA awards program

Salam All,

Does anyone have any idea on how points are awarded for the awards+ program. I tried deciphering that website without any success. I flew Lhe-IAH, which I believe is a 8-10k trip. Instead of accumulating 8-10k points ecause of the miles flown. I only ended up with 3750. Does anyone know what miles to points conversion factors are being used.

Could be a number of factors. Class flown, ticket price and booking class your reservation was made on. On your ticket look under class and tell me which letter appears.

the ticketing code is kle4m. is that the reason for lower points
