Metro Bus Service for Islamabad International Airport

Faiz Ahmed Faiz Ahmed, H-9, station of Islamabad Airport - Peshawar Morr Orange Line metro bus service has been linked with Rawalpindi/Islamabad Red Line metro bus service. People will be able to travel between Islamabad Airport and Rawalpindi Saddar and Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, via Faiz Ahmed Faiz station in H-9.

The facility will offer affordable transportation service to citizens who had to pay thousands of rupees to taxis/cabs for travel to/from Islamabad Airport.

Metro bus service between Islamabad Airport and Peshawar Morr is available for free in the holy month of Ramzan.

Pakistan State Oil (PSO) will construct four petrol pumps on pieces of land along Srinagar Highway provided by Capital Development Authority (CDA). The fuel stations with shops will generate funds for CDA to bear the subsidy of the metro bus service between Islamabad International Airport and Peshawar Morr.

Thirty brand new buses ordered for the metro bus service expected to reach Karachi Port on May 22.

Today, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif chaired a meeting to discuss Metro Bus Service projects in Islamabad and directed authorities to complete within a week landscaping works for beautification of Islamabad Airport - Peshawar Morr Orange Line Metro Bus Service track.
