Thank you Abbas for starting this thread, Seems like for this year Hajj: authorities have allowed 50 percent Quota for every country what it used to be Pre-Covid time.
For e.g. Approx 80K pilgrims are allowed for this year 2022 compare to approx. 160K pilgrims during the year 2019.
Today (May 13) was the last day to submit Hajj applications. Applications submission date not extended due to time shortage.
57,593 Hajj applications received and now the process of receiving applications for the government Hajj scheme has been closed. Draw for the government Hajj scheme will be held on May 15.
Banks will complete verification and online data entry till tomorrow. Ministry of Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony has sent confirmation messages to applicants. Applicants have been asked to verify their particulars from ministry's website http://hajjinfo.org/.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs also operates a helpline to facilitate Hajj pilgrims. The numbers are: 0519216980, 9216981, 9216982 and WhatsApp number is 03063332555.
On May 15, Saudi immigration officials team visited Islamabad Airport to review arrangements for immigration and pre-clearance system special counters under "Makkah Route" initiative established for Hajj pilgrims at the airport.

Why not from Quetta? Why 5 out of 8 cities are from Punjab? The Punjabi elite is still not ready to consider areas outside Punjab as part of Pakistan.
Hope the private carriers provide direct hajj flights from Quetta
