Pakistan CAA needs to really wake up and deal with these birds at the airport. I understand this happens around the world, and its not something you can predict, but you need to plan for these things if you're an operating airfield, this costs the airline money and inevitably the CAA money as this is now becoming an regular occurrence with bird strikes all over the country.
Investment is needed in controlling or shooting the birds and there is a variety of technology on the market. How long can this continue god forbid, this is a disaster waiting to happen in Pak Aviation.

The reasons are pretty obvious.
The housing societies are surrounding airports from all sides. There is no proper waste disposal in Pakistan. Adding to that, the garbage from home delivered food items (the white package)are also a big contributing factor as well.

Some analysts have ruled out bird strike because the damaged area of the wing is not showing telltale signs of a bird strike i.e. blood stains and stuck feathers.
Slat rivets line stress fracture being considered as the reason.
