PIA Planning to Operate Flights to Skardu and Gilgit from Lahore

From May 18, PIA starting twice-a-week non-stop flights between Lahore and Gilgit with ATR 42-500 aircraft.

Hotels in Skardu ran out of rooms when PIA flight from Lahore arrived in Skardu, informed Prime Minister Imran Khan at an event in Gilgit-Baltistan today.

Steps needed to be taken to bring tourists to Gilgit-Baltistan, he said.
