Senator Shibli Faraz may get appointed as Aviation Minister. Presently he's Pakistan's Information Minister.

If they want to make any meaningful reforms, they should appoint a new minister of Transport and merge Railways, Highways, Aviation and maritime under it.
Then they should formulate a National Transportation Plan, that develops intermodal transport.

I agree with this but I think the real issue is the appointment of incompetent ministers who have no knowledge about aviation. The PM should appoint a special assistant on aviation. Somebody with sound knowledge and understanding of how the industry works.
