Incident of Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) Resolution Advisory (RA) reported by Saudia Jeddah to Multan flight SV9431 performed by Airbus A330-200 (aircraft registration TC-OCN) on November 29, 2018.

This SIB was a nice read when one was bored to death and nothing else to do . Now I am scratching my.......... my head . I could,t
extract anything out of it.

Suadia was given clearance to decent and then asked to expedite the decent because other traffic was converging or passing above or below .
3.1.3 Traffic advisory was not provided to Suadia so their TCAS went on . Each aircraft in the air should have been instructed to slow down for
spacing.

Once Suadia was give a decent clearance then traffic advisory should have be given to other traffic.

At the end controller had a long day at work. At least traffic conflicts are rare in Pakistan airspace.

Going through this report again see if I can get to their point. A lot to read again.
Airplane is flown with brain not with stick and rudder.

did airblue got TCAS RA for Descend when Saudia got TCAS RA for Climb?
