On July 5, a Pakistan Army Puma (serial number 1576) helicopter airlifted injured Dera Ghazi Khan Deputy Commissioner Tahir Farooq to Lahore for medical treatment.
The Dera Ghazi Khan Deputy Commissioner, political assistant to tribal areas, their driver and guard were injured after their vehicle plunged into a ditch in mountainous tribal area of the Mubarki top.
The incident occurred more than hundred kilometers away in the Sulaiman Range in west of Dera Ghazi Khan city.
