My PIA B747-300 Model

Post by mhansari »

Hey all,

This is my first time posting on this forum. I have recently started collecting models and have just bought this PIA 747. It measures about 4 feet long from nose to tail (the biggest in my collection so far) and in my opinion, looks quite good!

The model is made in fiberglass and metal, with bake paint and plotter cut decals and windows stuck on.

Would love to hear your comments or suggestions.

The model has been made by a Karachi based modeller. He does quite a good job. I have seen 777s, A380, A310 etc models done by him - and his prices are VERY reasonable. If anyone would like to contact him, just email me at hassan.ansari@argus.com.pk and I'll get you in touch with him.

Thanks!

MH Ansari

Haha lolz... Call it a 787 JUMBO.

No offense mhansari but have a look at other photos of PIA models at this forum and see how close they are to reality. I am not into this hobby very much but still I'd suggest you to gain enough knowledge about the models and order them through renowned model manufacturer companies just to make sure your money is not being wasted. Some of the members here would surely recommend you some good companies.

Except for the nose & the egines the plane looks real enough to me.

I'd keep that it works just as well for me.

787 without a doubt......but since there arent many model maker in Pakistan.........its pretty much nice......perhaps if the designer had diagrams with specifications he could do better?
