PIA Models
PIA Models
Does anyone have any PIA models that they have received from PIA? Any idea whether PIA has any models (for corporate giveaways etc)?
Well I dont think PIA gives away coporate models just like that.. unless u can stroll into the PIA HQ and take it... or ur the chairman's son!
Well if you are looking for PIA models. There are many commercial models available to purchase over the internet or from aviation retail shops.
Here are some examples:
Gemini Jets PIA 777-200
Gemini Jets PIA A310
Phoenix Models 777-300
Just some examples: Skymarks, Dragon Wings, Netmodels, and Inflight500 are afew more model makers.

wood stand moin? I have the two tail PIA release - mine was plastic. maybe that was for general release. the wood one was probably made of PIA officials.Moin wrote:PIA does have corporate 1/200 scale models of the 777-200. They're the ones made by Skymarks which feature the Thar and Lahore tails and come with a wood stand.
When I was in Hassan Jaffery's office, i saw 2 777-200ERs skymarks and a 777-300ER skymarks in a Thar tail.
But you can also get 1:400 scale metal diecast in their duty free flights.
Last time I checked they were $10 American each.

Re: PIA Models
Moin's friend got a give away when visiting PIA's office when asked for one. They give it to customers who buy tickets from PIA or so Moin wrote.mhansari wrote:Does anyone have any PIA models that they have received from PIA? Any idea whether PIA has any models (for corporate giveaways etc)?
If you go to their office you might still get it but you might have to pay for it.
What kind of models are you looking for? large 1:200 snap-fit models or slightly smaller 1:400 metal diecast like the ones pictured above? You can also buy such models on PIA's duty free flights.
