PIA and other airlines pilot training

Post by AbdulAziz »

Asslam u alikum

I heard that before 15 years Other airlines such as Saudia ... etc send their pilots to PIA training center in Pakistan and it was high standard that time.

Is it became corrupted nowadays ?? Is any airline send their pilots for training ??

What are the foreign airlines that have connection with PIA or its tarning facilities??

Airlines like Libyan Arab, Yemania, and a few others had thier pilot training done by PIA back in the mid to late 70's. After that a few East European companies used the PIA B 707 simulator for thier pilot training, and recurrent checks. These trainings and checks were conducted by thier own instructors, just like now PIA uses the EK simulator (A310) for pilot training in Dubai conducted by PIA instructors.
