during last six months about 10 pilots have left pia for other airlines like MNG AIR UNIVERSAL SV EK Qatar

Yeah a large number of pilots, particularly FOs are moving out. Loosing these very experienced professionals is a big loss to the airline. PIA needs to immeditaly bring its salaries at par with other airlines in the region.

How many Cadets are PIA likely tp be recruiting in the coming years?

yes..pilots are leaving since the pay scale is just awful...but i've heard a debate is on to revise it and bring it at par with foreign airlines..

For example How many PIA pilots SV and EK took and on which type of a/c??
