PIA is starting Lahore to Peshawar service with ATRs after a long long long gap. Service starting from 20th September.

PK 648/PK 649 LHE-PEW-LHE to operate twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays.

I actually think this sort of intra city connectivity has been sorely missing in the domestic aviation sector so I’m glad to see it.

Again, it’s been launched on very short notice which isn’t ideal.

Agree that the motorways are great but even so, there is a real time saving to be gained from flying. Would think that a higher frequency would be needed for real success with business people though.
