Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka (High Risk Country) Quarantine Hotels
All passengers arriving on flights originating from or transiting via Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka, will be required to stay at one of a specified group of hotels, for which you can use the search calendar on this page to check availability.
Quarantine will be for a mandated period of 10 days
PCR test taken within 48 hours of the flight departure must be presented at check-in to be able to board your flight
There are no exemptions from quarantine for those who have been vaccinated or have previously tested positive.
For existing bookings arriving on or before 28 April 23:59 Local Doha time
If you have already made your hotel reservation in a different hotel, and are arriving before 28 April 23:59, from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines or Sri Lanka your current Discover Qatar voucher is valid for travel. We will advise you of any changes to your booking and quarantine requirement on arrival.
You will not be asked to pay any additional costs between your original hotel booked and one of the mandatory Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka Quarantine hotels, if there is a price difference. Equally you will be eligible to claim for a refund if your original quarantine booking was more expensive than the options available.
For existing bookings arriving on or after 29 April 00:00 Local Doha time
If you have already made your hotel reservation in a different hotel, and are arriving after 29 April 00:00 local time Doha, we will contact you before departure to confirm that your original booking is cancelled. You will need to re-book a hotel following the instructions provided in the e-mail.
You will be required to pay for your new booking in full. Your original booking will be refunded within 15 working days.

New bookings made from 27 April 19:00 Doha local time
All new bookings will be required to book a Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka Quarantine hotel for your mandatory quarantine stay in Qatar.
All new bookings will be required to present a Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka Quarantine hotel voucher to be permitted to board a flight departing from or transiting via Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka.
Any bookings made on or after 27 April 19:00 Doha local time which are not in a Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka Quarantine hotel for a flight originating in or transiting via Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka will be cancelled at 100% cancellation fee.
If you are not flying from or transiting via Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka
If you are not on a flight from or transiting via Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka you should not book a Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka Quarantine hotel for your mandatory quarantine stay in Qatar; you will not be permitted to check in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Important announcement effective Sunday 25 April 2021:
All inbound/returning travelers to Qatar, including those previously vaccinated or previously infected, must take a pre-travel COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours of arrival in Qatar at the country of origin in a medical center that their local ministry of health approved to offer/operate to do the PCR test for COVID-19.
The PCR test result should be negative before they are allowed to board the aircraft to Qatar.
General Quarantine Booking Information
Once a booking is made, amendments are not allowed. Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the arrival date of your quarantine booking, including full refunds.
All cancellations inside 14 days are subject to 100% cancellation charges*
If you confirm your booking within 14 days of arrival it is non-refundable and the dates cannot be amended*. Please therefore do not book your quarantine package until you are sure that the details are correct.
*The following exceptions to the above apply
Flight was cancelled or changed by the airline
Compassionate grounds, supported by some documentary evidence, such as a positive PCR result preventing travel
Exemption from quarantine granted upon arrival into Qatar
Changes to the quarantine protocol enacted by an official government agency acting on behalf of the stage of Qatar
