This is how PIA is improved! Another non relevant person appointed on a position that requires knowledge of business or public administration along with good grip on matters such as personnel, pension, accounts, credit and what not. I hope the colonel sahib has, if not, at least some of these qualities.

This is month of Ramadan and the devil is supposed to be chained. I hope that the PTI government understands this and refrains from appointing a serving or retired serviceman considering this to be vacant post
