Today, PIA Airbus A320 (aircraft registration AP-BLS) arrived in Multan at 12:41 AM as flight PK8206 from Kuwait City.

The A320 repatriated Pakistanis who were stranded in Kuwait due to COVID-19 crisis and suspension of international flights.

Abbas, there were 2 flights from Kuwait bound for Multan, PK8240 AP-BLD sch dep 1715 though not sure what time the flight departed as i went towards my gate from the boarding gate of PK8240.
Also, some passengers were on my flight had their companions on earlier flight whom told later that the flight was full load instead of 140 as announced earlier, my flight was almost full load though a few rows had mid seat blocked at the aft cabin to maintain social distancing. I have few pictures taken on board, will send you once i get out of quarantine facility in outskirts of Multan near Coca Cola factory.

Today, PIA Boeing 777-200LR Worldliner (aircraft registration AP-BGY) is performing Islamabad to London flight PK785. The B777 departed from Islamabad at 12:06 PM.

Today, PIA Boeing 777-200ER (aircraft registration AP-BGJ) departed from Karachi as flight PK203 to Dubai. The B777 departed from Karachi at 12:17 PM.

From, Dubai, the aircraft will perform flight PK208 to Karachi and bring home Pakistanis stranded in UAE due to COVID-19 crisis and suspension of international flights.

Today, Saudia Boeing 777-300ER (aircraft registration HZ-AK11) arrived in Multan at 2:50 PM as flight SV800 from Jeddah.

The aircraft transported Pakistanis who were stranded in Jeddah/Saudi Arabia due to COVID-19 crisis and suspension of international flights.

PIA planning to operate special flight from Lahore to Frankfurt on May 27 to repatriate stranded passengers.

Route: Lahore to Frankfurt
Flight Number: PK8733
Day of Operation: May 27, 2020
Aircraft Type: Boeing 777
Departure from Lahore: 6:00 AM
Arrival in Frankfurt: 10:25 AM

Due to overbooking, forty passengers had to be off-loaded from PIA Lahore to Frankfurt flight PK8733 operated on May 19. Most likely, these passenges will be adjusted in May 27 flight.

The aircraft transported 259 detained Pakistanis released by Kuwait.

Pakistan National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) meeting today reviewed proposal to open country's airports for regular international passenger flights.

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is suffering loss of two billion rupees every week due to suspension of international flights, the meeting was informed.

Regular international passenger flights are suspended since March 21. The suspension of international passenger flights was extended to May 31 recently.
