Pakistan Navy tender notice in February 3 newspaper for:
- Procurement and installation of Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) on seven (7) Lockheed P-3C Orion Aircraft through modification in structure.
- Procurement and installation of Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) on two (2) Westland WS-61 Sea King helicopters through modification in structure.

aren't these maritime patrolling ac and hels already equipped with ELSts, or may be this is some upgrade?
