According to a reader comment on 'The Aviation Herald' - http://avherald.com/h?article=4ca53130&opt=0, a blown APU pipe caused heating in baggage compartment. The heat in baggage compartment activated fire alarms and the aircraft had to abort takeoff. Apparently that's why passengers' baggage pieces were not carried by the aircraft.

Maybe aircraft tyres also deflated due to aborted take off and that's why some news sources mentioned burst tyres as the cause of flight delay.

Apparently, PIA Boeing 777-200ER registration AP-BMH has not returned to service since landing in Karachi at 11:53 PM on July 14 as flight PK-853 from Tokyo via Beijing & Islamabad.

AP-BMH returned to service today when it departed from Karachi at 7:22 PM as flight PK308 to Islamabad.
