Re: Serene Air
Once the first delivery happen so hopefully this link will be updated and we get to know how many of the 737-8 being ordered by Serene Air. My guess is minimum required + 1, i.e. 4.

This livery would have been nicer, but the engines also painted in last posted image.Umar Farooq wrote:Found this photo with Copy Rights Serene Air.
Probably, Serene Air official livery?

Would've been nice to have a320s instead of b738. Almost all airlines in Pakistan using airbus a320s and if there is a big market, then airbus will invest in pakistan, or other companies for in house parts, warehouses etc.
But it is VERY good that serene acquired latest 2016 airplane directly from boeing, not an old plane. Hopefully they have on time arrivals/departures and in 2-3 years they start flying international with b787

Re: Serene Air
It's understood that if all of the airlines in Pakistan have Airbus aircraft, surely Airbus or other parts providing companies will start to invest much more in Pakistan aviation but on the other hand, there should be a variety of aircraft. The reason for variety of aircraft which I can give is that I really hate Airbus aircraftsuzairali wrote: Would've been nice to have a320s instead of b738. Re: Serene Air
They should try to get customised registrations including three-letter codes of major Pakistani airports for their aircraft like for example:
AP-ISB (Islamabad)
AP-KHI (Karachi)
AP-LHE (Lahore)
AP-PEW (Peshawar)
AP-UET (Quetta)

I think that should be reserved for boeing 787 insteadAbbas Ali wrote:They should try to get customised registrations including three-letter codes of major Pakistani airports for their aircraft like for example:

Surprised by name choice. It means "calm" but how many will know that? Maybe Pakistan airways, Air Pakistan would've been better, as I see this airline having the potential of overtaking shaheen and airblue seeing the effort put in livery and getting new plane.
