Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) tender notice in today's (January 24) newspaper for installation of simple approach lights and storable lights on Runway 17 end at Bacha Khan International Air Port (BKIAP) - Peshawar.

Installation of simple approach lights on Runway 17 end mean these will be approach lights for Runway 35? And does it also indicate plans to restore night flight operations at Peshawar Airport?

I think "storable lights" in tender notice should be read as strobe lights.

Tender submission date extended to February 28, 2015, according to following corrigendum in today's (February 13) newspaper.

The tender notice is for installation of simple approach lights and strobe lights on Peshawar Airport Runway 17 end.
