Is it on self-finance or sponsored with service bond ?

Got this info from SAFTS.
Training cost 3,500,000 to 4,000,000 rupees in installments. It includes flying training that costs 18,000 to 22,000 rupees per hour depending on aircraft type used for training.
For flying training they have acquired brand new two-seater Cessna 162 Skycatcher and four-seater Cessna 172 Skyhawk aircraft. These aircraft have modern glass cockpit and will be based at Faisalabad International Airport.

Does Shaheen Air give any guarantee that once you complete CPL and IR from SAFTS, they will induct you in Shaheen Air? Is the induction based on some performance standard?

Re: Become a Pilot in Shaheen Air - SAFTS Ad
One of the officials from SAFTS told me that they give u in written that if the student performs good through his CPL/IR course he/she will be inducted in Shaheen on the A320'S. So it's kinda performance based. But someone I know recently checked from one of the chief pilots at Shaheen airline and the DFO too and they were like they have not been given any sort of written thing to induct cadets from SAFTS after they get their CPL/IR in the airline on the 320'S. So basically uptil now they have not formulated any sort of policy that they are going to induct these CPL/IR holders from SAFTS. In short no guarantee given. It's more of a PIA flight academy strategy applied here by the owners.

OK. Thanks for the clarification. But I think SAFTS needs to re word its ad as it is really confusing. Moreover, i also called on the number given in the Ad and the person on the other line said that Job is guaranteed. Not a good idea to mislead people.
