Being a bit too straight forward?

It should be directed to the HR department of the concerned Airline.

It varies from Rs 250,000pm to Rs 550,000 pm depending on a lot of factors like flying hours flown in a month. rostering. which airline is the pilot from etc

I am afraid that's not true. In U.S, Median salary for Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) is $121712. Which comes to around $10143 Per Month. Source: http://www1.salary.com/
Co-Pilots or First officers make way less than that. Maybe 3 to 4 thousand US$ per month.

Is USA there is pretty heavy tax on salaries crossing certain wage limit too, his take home could not be more than 14,000$ even this figure is true.

You can use this website to calculate taxable salary, select California to see maximum tax heat.

It All depends upon the airline you are flying for and the aircraft you are flying.I wouldn't be surprised if a delta 777 capt is making 200000 plus annually. But then again it's verrryyy hard to got on to that position with a success rate if maybe below 25%
