How does an airline get five brand new 777-300ERs from Boeing when it is not able to clear $100 million in fuel bills to P.S.O

You do not have to be a finance genius to figure this out.
How does PIA manage to get $50m for the A320 dry leases?

Have patience. The year has barely begun.

According to details provided by Chaostheory on airliners.net, this is the delivery schedule:

Thanks for sharing, now this schedule looks pretty definite and hope PIA be able to arrange funds for these heavies. Also, I was the one who actually raised question on A.net --> What About Order Of Five B777-300 ER For PIA?

Does PIA really need a 400 seat 777-300ER??

Most of the routes have been shut down and or reduced to twice a week or thrice a week service.

Can PIA bring back passengers to its network??

well, they dont like to pay local suppliers but i guess they dont mess with foreign banks an lessors.
there are a few ways they can get the money:
1. exim bank with current low interest rates in usa
2. sell and lease back from a lessor- it seems to be the trend among the rapidly growing airlines as it improves their cash flow and debts, but they will have to pay leasing fees.
3.islamic finance.

i believe that should configure it in 3-4-3 config for max

I have heard the on-going checks of some of the aircrafts which were selected by PIA happens to be the reason behind the delay of these dry leased aircrafts ?

She can still carry full pax and depending on the winds, 10-15t cargo on the Karachi-toronto flight.

Of course, the YYZ flights are better served by the 200LRs.

Is PIA facing some sort of financial problem in finalising agreement to dry lease A320s and ATR 72s that were accepted in airline's bid evaluation report?
