Special Flights to Evacuate Pakistanis from Libya
According to PTV News, Pakistan government has ordered operation of special flights to evacuate Pakistanis stuck in unstable Libya.
Further details like evacuation flight routes, aircraft operator(s) etc. not given.
Back in year 2011, PIA aircraft evacuated Pakistanis from Libya. The airline operated evacuation flights to Pakistan from airports including Tripoli (Libya), Cairo (Egypt), Djerba (Tunisia), Dalaman (Turkey) and Istanbul (Turkey).

According to PTV News and PIA press release, PIA Boeing 747-367 (AP-BFY) relief flight PK-8002 landed at Lahore Airport today at 12:15 PM.
The aircraft transported more than 500 stranded Pakistanis from Mitiga International Airport, Tripoli, Libya. The Boeing 747 was flown to Mitiga International Airport yesterday. Mitiga International Airport is used mainly for military flights.
PIA will operate four more such special flights to transport 2,000 Pakistanis from Libya to Pakistan.

Apparently PIA Boeing 747-367 (AP-BFY) as relief flight PK-8002 flew from Mitiga International Airport (MJI) to Lahore Airport (LHE) via Malta International Airport (MLA).
PK-8002 from Malta landed at Lahore at 12:20 PM today, according to information on Lahore Airport website.

in such cases where the flight operations are held in war zone airports, any special maneuvers by flight crew during departure i.e. steep climb for reaching safe altitude?

Third special flight PK-8002 of PIA arrived today in Lahore from Tripoli with 223 Pakistanis evacuated from Libya on August 28.
PIA Airbus A310-308 registration AP-BEG operated this flight from Mitiga International Airport, Tripoli, Libya to Lahore via Malta.
Following photo shows AP-BEG at Malta Airport where it made refueling stop on August 28. Note special markings applied below A310's flight deck windows to celebrate 50 years of flights operated by PIA between Pakistan and China.
