I once sat the NATS test for trainee ATCO openings in the UK. While the theory stuff was relatively easy for an aviation enthusiast like myself - the 3D perception test is so difficult!
I'd also be interested to know what the pay is for this role being advertised in Pakistan...

Salary from this group Start from 22,875, with annual increment max up to 1,030 and ceiling is 53,775.
This is basic salary, allowance could be other than that.
