Good News - they have already Parking Positions for at least 7 Widebody Aircraft - but Expansion of Terminal especially the Departure Area is needed to handle more Flights at a time.
Iam quite sure we will see in the upcoming months and years more Airlines operating to SKT than now (especially the remaining Middle Eastern Carreers such as Etihad or Qatar Airways

Abbas I flew yesterday from SKT to FRA via DXB and as i promised i took a look on the terminal construction.
Construction is in progress, when i sat in the departure lounge i heard the noise of consruction machinery
They have covered the expansion site but it seems to be that the terminal will be expand till the 2nd bridge
Unfortunately i cant see much progress concerning the upper floor...but i might be wrong.
anyhow departing from sialkot is very smooth and it don't takes much time.
