Induction of two 1997-built Boeing 737-300 aircraft (construction numbers 27469 & 27910) confirmed on official website of Air Indus on following link:

The two Boeings are configured to carry 148 passengers.

Hope they also reveal Pakistani registration issued to these two aircraft.

Air Indus is starting online booking facility soon, according to information on airline's website.

Apparently, it means third aircraft of Air Indus should be expected to join airline's fleet soon.

Seems, initially Air Indus will operate flights on following routes:

Karachi-Bahawalpur-Karachi
Karachi-Islamabad-Karachi
Karachi-Lahore-Karachi
Karachi-Quetta-Karachi

Air Indus has completed its preparations to launch flight operations, according to Express News channel.

Initially, the airline will start domestic flights.

It means Air Indus has arranged third aircraft for its fleet.

PIA 737-300s in all economy layout carried around 118-122 passengers. How on earth will they fit in 148 on Indus 737-300s.

Instead of parking these 737-300s in Karachi, PIA should try to sublease them until Indus starts operating them.
