Meeting Held at LCCI to Form a Lahore-based Airline

According to City42 News channel, second meeting of businessmen to discuss establishment of an airline based at Lahore Airport was held today at Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI). The meeting was also attended by aviation experts/professionals who gave information about forming and managing the airline.

Lahore Airline and Raavi Airline were among names proposed for the airline at the meeting.

In my opinion, airline's name should not necessarily be Lahore specific. It can have a general name like airblue, Shaheen Air and Serene Air.

Second there will be no Lahore based airline as Lahore get enough traffic from all the airlines and there is no need for such a high cost adventure to go into.
